Shipping & Delivery
We are currently shipping orders Monday - Friday.
Orders usually go out within 3-5 business days after payment has cleared. Custom orders may take slightly longer to ship.
We do not ship on Holidays and Federal Holidays.
We have several different ways to ship your order.
For US Residents:
We ship everything by United States Postal Service: All delivery times are estimates.
First Class Shipping:
Please allow 5-7 days for First Class Shipping after your order is cleared with First Class Shipping. $6.50 for First Class Shipping anywhere in the US.
Priority Mail:
Priority arrives in 2-3 days with tracking and delivery confirmation. Shipping is $7.50 anywhere in the US.
Express Shipping:
Express arrives in 1-2 days (depending on location) with tracking and delivery confirmation. We do ask that someone is home to sign for your order. $27.00 shipping anyhere in the US for Express Shipping.
We do not ship Internationally at this time.
Easy Returns
We aim for our delivery and returns service to be as easy for all our customers as possible. We are happy for any item purchased in this website to be returned within 15 days of purchase provided it is in perfect condition. Full credit will be given as soon as package arrives at our warehouse. Return shipping expenses are to be paid by sender. Please note that refunds can take up to 15 days to process. If you have not received a credit memo via e-mail or if you notice the money has not been credited back into your credit card, Please call us at 773-612-7326 and one of customer service team members will look into this for you.
